However, the English version will regulate your relationship with Decogal. In the event of any inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail. Using Decogal: Registration: Access to certain features of the Decogal platform requires you to register. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Professional Profiles: As a home decor professional, you have the option to create a Professional Profile. By doing so, you grant us the right to include your profile in our directory, enabling connections with potential clients on the Decogal platform. Your profile will be subject to our professional profile policy. Termination: Decogal reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. We may also terminate your account if you violate any Decogal policies. Certain provisions will remain effective even after termination. Acceptable Use As part of Decogal’s Terms of Use, you agree not to engage in any actions that: Damage or tarnish Decogal's reputation or public image. Promote illegal activities or content. Infringe upon our or any third party’s intellectual property rights. Misrepresent any affiliation with Decogal. Violate applicable laws, regulations, or encourage unlawful behavior. Return and Exchange Policy Decogal accepts returns or exchanges of items that meet standard specifications within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that customized items, including those made with specific dimensions or fabrics, are not eligible for return, as they are tailored specifically for you. To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition, unaltered, and free from any customer-induced damage. All accessories must be returned in their original packaging. If an item has a defect, it may be repaired, returned, or exchanged, provided that the defect is not due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
